"CACIOTTA DI MUCCA"

Made with fresh pasteurised cow’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt.
Fresh, soft-textured cheese with the typical mild taste of cow’s milk.
It has a lower fat content, but with no loss in taste.

Pairings: Very tasty alone, or diced in salad. Excellent for aperitifs.
