Made with fresh pasteurised sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt.
This is a typical Tuscan cheese, characteristically shaped as a triangle, with a mild, delicate taste.

Pairings: Nicely pairs with cold cuts, broad beans and fresh season vegetables in general.
