Made with fresh pasteurised sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt. This is a very soft, almost spreadable cheese, mild but very tasty. In autumn, it is produced with mixed cow’s and sheep’s milk.
Pairings: delicious with all types of vegetables or with cold cuts, excellent spread on bread with oil and pepper.
