Our ricotta is produced daily with the day’s milk whey added with fresh milk and salt. It is fresh and creamy, with high nutritional value and low fat content.

Pairings: Very tasty alone as a snack or as dessert with jams or honey.
Excellent ingredient for the preparation of cakes, main dish pies and homemade pasta, like “ravioli” or “malfatti”.
