"PECORINO AL PISTACCHIO"

Made with fresh pasteurised sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt.
The curd is added with pistachios. The pistachios lend this fresh cheese a very particular flavour.

Pairings: Excellent alone or accompanied with acacia honey.
