"PECORINO ALLA NOCE"

Made with fresh pasteurised sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt.
The curd is added with a large quantity of choice walnuts.
A fresh cheese, with a very marked flavour and scent of fresh walnuts.

Pairings: Excellent with cold cuts or with fresh fruit, such as pears, grapes or figs.
