Made with fresh pasteurised sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt.
The curd is added with black “Scorzone” truffle and “Bianchetto” truffle flakes. The aging process enhances the excellent flavor.

Pairings: pairs nicely with acacia honey.
