Made with fresh pasteurised sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt.
This semi-ripe cheese with a straw yellow colour reaches a perfect balance after a rather short saturation period that lends it an intense fragrance. Surface-treated with tomato paste.

Pairings: Very good with pears or accompanied with honey.
