"ERBORINO"

Made with fresh pasteurised sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt.
Cheese with bluish-green veins only produced from sheep’s milk. Very flavorful and tasty.

Pairings: Excellent with cold cuts or Vin Santo jelly.
