SEMI-SEASONED PECORINO CHEESE

"I’ GREZZO"

Made with fresh pasteurised sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt.
“I’Grezzo” has a white interior and an assertive flavour.
It is surface treated with olive oil, which gives the rind its characteristic dark colour.

Pairings: Delicious with honey or with cold cuts and raw vegetables served with an oil, salt and pepper dip.
