The dairy visits start at 9.30am and last about 45 minutes; you are involved in the production of cheese that includes the process of pasteurization of milk, the curd, the breaking of the curd until the creation of the cheese forms that are placed in the stewing cells, salting and finally in the maturing cell. You can also attend the production of ricotta and in some cases also the processing of other cheeses such as mozzarella and more.

The tasting can be booked at any time of the day and includes 8 samples of pecorino and ricotta, accompanied by 2 jams or honey, on request it is possible to combine the various local wines with cheeses.
