Made exclusively with fresh pasteurised goat’s milk from a Volterra farm, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt. Unripe cheese with bloomy rind, a very soft texture and a mild, pleasantly tasty flavour typical of goat’s milk cheeses.
Pairings: Ideal diced and served with salads or tomatoes, or with pears. Excellent also for oven-toasted bread, especially if accompanied with cold cuts.
