Made with fresh pasteurised sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and Volterra salt.
The curd is added with ground chilli. A fresh cheese with a spicy flavour.

Pairings: Excellent diced, to accompany an aperitif or zest up a salad, or sliced and fried.
